We will introduce examples of measures taken against rat holes and bridges using cationic polymer flocculants. To prevent clogging of powders in the hopper of the powder dissolution device and to promote discharge and flow, we installed Brodie Disk Mini. A total of six units were installed, and due to their mini type, the air consumption is minimal. Additionally, both Brodie Disk and Brodie Disk Mini are low-cost. A case where it was judged to be good due to the absence of attachment growth, and multiple Brody disks were introduced.

We received an inquiry regarding a φ1500 resin chip tank, where fine powder adheres to the cylindrical part above the material input level and the upper lid. When this powder grows and suddenly falls, it causes issues in subsequent processes, so they would like to try a blow disk. The user's request was to 'install a few as a test on a part of the upper lid,' but since the conditions are worse in the cylindrical part, we recommended installing a few there for testing. As a result, it was determined that there was no longer any growth of adhesion at the installation site, which was deemed satisfactory. The range will remain confidential as it pertains to the user's know-how.
